We would like to remind our users that we are now offering a limited casework service; in particular benefit cases concerning carers, families and disabled people. Check with the adviser on the advice line.
Due to additional funding this year we have been able to extend the opening hours of the advice line for subscribers. From 16 September the hours increase to 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
