Who is this course for?
This course is for any staff or volunteer who has a basic understanding of Universal Credit.
Aims
This 2.5 hour course is for staff and volunteers who want to gain a better understanding of how Universal Credit payments are calculated in different client circumstances.
Objectives
At the end of the course delegates will have gained knowledge of:
Basic Universal Credit allowances
Elements in Universal Credit
Rent Support in Universal Credit
What income reduces the amount payable
Where calculation errors are likely to appear
A complete set of slides will be provided at the end of the course.
