This online session is designed to help Warm Hub volunteers and staff better understand their visitors’ debt problems and how to make a good referral. This is not a session about giving debt advice.
The aim of the course is for delegates to gain understanding of debt issues; to know what to do if a Warm Hub visitor requires help with debts; identifying what might be a debt emergency, and to help prepare someone for a debt interview if they are being referred.
