This course is for advisers who already have good experience in using the Quick Benefit calculator and who know their way around the benefit system.
To build on the skills of the advisers to increase their knowledge of the software by working though more complex benefit entitlement calculations.
At the end of the course delegates will:
The course consists of 2 training sessions a week apart.
The first session of 2 hours will be a demonstration of what you can do and how to do it. At the end of the first session the delegates will be emailed some exercises for them to work through, practicing their knowledge and building up their skills before the second session a week later.
The second session of 1½ hours will review how the delegates got on with the exercises with the opportunity to discuss any questions they have.
Delegates will need access to the latest version of the software during the 1st session. You will be asked to complete a case study during this session. The trainer will explain how to do this without leaving the Zoom training.
The software will also be needed between the two sessions in order for the case studies to be completed by delegates.

You will be sent a link to join the training 1-2 working days before the date of the course.
On the day you will be able to join the course 15 minutes before the start time and will go into a waiting room until the trainer admits you.
